Como extrangeiro estudar na Federal sem ser Intercambio? (como fazer vestibular) fazem vestibular em inglÊs?

Dear Sirs,

I have seen the information about the Post-Graduate applicants (Ph.D.) on the official site of UFPR. I would be grateful if you would kindly send me some additional information.

I know UFPR as a modern university with a high level of education and a bride specter of international contacts. It is one of the most famous and trusted university in Latin America. That is why I would like to become a doctorate student of UFPR. At this moment I am a student (Specialist) of Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI). I study International economy (international investment) and will be graduated in July this year (2011). The main field of my studies and researches is investments in BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China).

That’s why I am interested to know how I can apply the Post-Graduate program (Ph.D.), how much is the payment for education and if I can study in English (becase my knowledge of Portuguese is not enough). If I can’t study in English how long should I study Portuguese there if my level is pre-intermediate?

Eu tenho visto a informação sobre os candidatos de Pós-Graduação (Ph.D.) no site oficial da UFPR. Ficaria muito grato se você poderia gentilmente me enviar algumas informações adicionais.

Eu sei UFPR como uma universidade moderna, com um elevado nível de educação e um espectro noiva de contactos internacionais. É uma das universidades mais famosas e confiáveis da América Latina. É por isso que eu gostaria de se tornar um estudante de doutorado da UFPR. Neste momento eu sou um estudante (Especialista) da Universidade Estadual de Moscou de Economia, Estatística e Informática (MESI). Eu estudo economia internacional (de investimento internacional) e será formada em julho deste ano (2011). O principal campo de meus estudos e pesquisas é de investimentos em BRIC (Brasil, Rússia, Índia e China).

É por isso que estou interessado em saber como eu posso aplicar o programa de Pós-Graduação (Doutorado), quanto é o pagamento para a educação e se eu posso estudar em Inglês (becase meus conhecimentos de Português não é suficiente). Se eu não puder estudar em Inglês quanto tempo devo estudar Português lá se é o meu nível pré-intermediário?
Estou ansioso para uma rápida resposta.
