Eu já vi varios problemas, mas igual a esse não.Deve ser a bateria ou o softer, que é responsavel por melhor funcionamento na tela,configuração de placa ou talvez seja a placa dele que deve estar com problemas.Você deve ir a um tecnico, para perguntar o problema que ele saberá melhor.Espero ter ajudado.
