    1 + ia = (1 + im) elevado a 12
    Como 10% = 10/100 = 0,10, vem:
    1 + ia = (1 + 0,10)12
    1 +ia = (1,10)12
    1 + ia = 3,13842
    ia = 3,13842 – 1
    ia = 2,1384
    ia = 2,1384 * 100
    ia = 213,84% a.a
