Por que o juíz indefiriu o pedido de liminar de guarda de uma adoção direta??

Os pais adotantes já estão habilitados.Ainda não teve audiência com as partes interessadas.

    SABE A LIMINAR É UM PEDIDO PARA QUE O JUIZ CONCEDA UM PEDIDO ANTES DE DECIDIR DE O PEDIDI SERA OU NAO ATENDIDO(DEFERIDO OU INDEFERIDO).TENDO COM PRESSUPOSTO A URGENCIA E O PERIGO QUE A DEMORA POSSA TRAZER, COMO ELE NAO VIU NECESSIDADE DE URGENCIA PODE SER QUE ELE DECIDIU PENSAR MELHOR ANTES DE CONCEDER A LIMINAR, POR NAO ESTAR PRESENTE O PRESSUPOSTO DE URGENCIA E PREJUIZO NA DEMORA EM DECIDIR, MAS ATENCAO!!!
    O INDEFERIMENTO DA LINMINAR, NAO SIGUINIFICA QUE ELE NAO IRA CONCEDER A ADOCAO, E SIM QUE IRA DECIDIR COM MAIS CAUTELA PROVAVELMENTE PEDIRA A VERIFICACAO E UM LAUDO PARA UMA ASSISTENTE SOCIAL DO FORUM QUE FARA O ACOMPANHAMENTO. BOA SORTE E LEMBRE-SE QUE AINDA NAO HA DECISAO FINAL. BOA SORTE
