    oi gabriel,

    por vezes varo noites sem dormir, assistindo tv, já que periodicamente sofro de insônia.
    como sei que dormir é essencial para o ser humano se recompor e para manter a saúde,
    vez por outra tomo um copo de vinho ao deitar, já que em muitos casos ajuda a relaxar,
    provocando o sono e eu particularmente não sou adepta de calmantes.

    Olá. Segundo a lenda, o mestre Leonardo Da Vinci dormia 15 minutos a cada quatro horas, ou seja, dormia 90 minutos por dia. Porem essa técnica não prejudicava seu rendimento além de proporcionar maior período para aproveitamento de sua genialidade.
