    0.1*0.001 = 0.0001* 10^-1= 0.000 01 ou 10^-5

    10*0.000 1 = 0.001 ou 10^-4

    10^-5/10^-4

    passe o 10^-4 para cima, e o expoente muda de sinal:

    10^-5 * 10^4= 10^-1
