Para você saber qual a temperatura equivalente entre as escalas é só você usar as seguintes fórmulas:
grau Celsius para grau Fahrenheit: °F = °C × 1,8 + 32
grau Fahrenheit para grau Celsius: °C = (°F − 32) / 1,8
grau Celsius para kelvin:K = °C + 273,15
kelvin para grau Celsius:°C = K − 273,15
Não é possível passar da escala Kelvin para a escala Fahrenheit. Você precisa passar o grau em Kelvin para a escala de Celsius e depois passar para a escala Fahrenheit.
Usando as fórmulas no seu exercício ficará assim:
30ºC = 86ºF
10ºC = 50ºF
30ºC= 303ºK
10ºC= 283ºK
