usb não tá funcionando?

ja tentei desinstalar e instalar o drive no gerenciador de dispositivos e nada,será que pifou o hardware ou pode ser virus?

    Pode ser problema no cabo USB….
    é o mesmo cabo que tá tentando usar?
    Já tentou outros??
    Se sim, então pode ser problema no hardware…
